Welcome to the Artistic Advent series! By now, I am hopeful you have read the first five days in our Advent reading, The Greatest Gift by Ann Voskamp (affiliate link). If you haven’t you can still jump in…it’s never too late! (get the full schedule here and sign up for the e-mails below, remember the reading “dates” do not necessarily correspond to the calendar dates) Catch up with week 2, week 3, week 4 and week 5.
This book is about the long history and story that leads us to Christmas day, but all the truths and thoughts tucked tight into these pages are good for any day of the year, not just Christmas.
I was surprised when I felt the tug on my heart to make this into a video post versus a regular blog post series…I hope that is ok with you guys!
In the video today I will go over my thoughts and what I considered the highlights from each of the first five days in The Greatest Gift, while laying out the project that this book brought to my mind.
You will find a download you need along with a supply list for this week’s project below.
I welcome and encourage you to share your thoughts, ideas and insight to our group! I really can’t wait to hear from you and see how you interpret the twig tree project!
Please know I have prayed for you all week and will continue to do so through the Christmas season!
Please share and invite others to join us for an Artistic Advent season!
